Special Included Features

Maintenance

We do not charge a trip fee for visits to address minor issues, nor do we charge for simple repairs such as replacing light bulbs, changing batteries, unclogging toilets, and similar tasks. For more complex issues requiring specialized assistance, we will notify the owner and arrange for the necessary support, after which the owner will be invoiced for the associated fees.

Video Walkthrough

We produce a detailed video walkthrough of the rental property to highlight its features and provide guests with a clear understanding of what to expect. This video is seamlessly integrated into the listing, ensuring easy access for guests to view at their convenience.

Home Checks

During the off-season, when the property is not occupied, we conduct weekly inspections to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. This includes checking for potential issues such as water leaks, ice damage, pest intrusions, or other concerns that may arise, allowing us to address them promptly and maintain the property's quality.
