24/7/365 support to owner and guests. Looking to resolve any issues that may arise.
Check the property weekly during the slow seasons when the home is not occupied.
The Primary point of contact for guests before, during and after the stay and will respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests.
Responsible for scheduling ongoing services such as housekeeping, hot tub, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, etc.
Tackle straightforward maintenance tasks efficiently and coordinate jobs requiring more specialized skills.
Conduct a post-checkout inspection to verify that no damage or theft has occurred, and promptly file a claim if needed.
Ensure the listing is regularly updated with current information and periodically refresh the title to maintain visibility in the algorithm.
